Transportation that repeats with your schedule
Some customers need more than a single ride. Safe Ride reviews recurring requests for school, work, appointments, family visits, programs, errands, and other regular transportation needs.
Share the full schedule at the beginning
Provide the requested days of the week, start and end dates, pickup and destination addresses, times, passengers, stops, and contact instructions. Dispatch can then review the schedule as a whole.
Changes and cancellations
Recurring plans may still have school closings, holidays, appointment changes, or one-time exceptions. Customers should communicate changes as early as possible, and dispatch will confirm what has been updated.
Each schedule requires confirmation
Submitting a recurring request does not automatically confirm every ride. Safe Ride will explain which dates and trips have been accepted based on driver and vehicle availability.
