Provide the days, dates, appointment start time, requested arrival time, pickup and destination addresses, passenger details, and expected return arrangement.
Coordinate with an authorized contact
A parent, caregiver, therapy provider, sponsor, or approved organization contact may coordinate the ride, provided authorization and passenger instructions are clear.
Appointment transportation is not medical care
Safe Ride provides car service, not emergency or medical transport. Mobility, supervision, behavioral, equipment, or assistance needs must be explained so dispatch can determine whether the ride is appropriate.
Document schedule changes
Therapy cancellations and time changes should be sent as early as possible. Dispatch confirms which ride record and date were updated.

Can a parent arrange the ride for a child?+
Yes. The parent or authorized contact should give dispatch the complete passenger, pickup, destination, timing, and contact details.
Can the schedule include more than one stop?+
Yes. Every requested stop must be provided before confirmation so dispatch can review the route and price.
Is a ride confirmed when I send the request?+
No. The ride is confirmed only after Safe Ride reviews and accepts the complete request.
