Identify the passenger and responsible adults
Give dispatch the child's name, age information when relevant to transportation, parent or guardian contacts, and the adult responsible at pickup and destination.
Explain the pickup clearly
Provide the complete address, entrance or meeting point, pickup time, school or program details, and what the driver should do if the child is not immediately visible.
Confirm the destination handoff
Tell dispatch whether the child may enter independently or must be met by a named adult. Provide a working destination contact when a handoff is required.
Keep last-minute changes out of informal messages
Contact Safe Ride with any address, passenger, stop, or timing change and wait for dispatch to confirm that the active ride was updated.

Yes. The parent or authorized contact should give dispatch the complete passenger, pickup, destination, timing, and contact details.
Can the schedule include more than one stop?+
Yes. Every requested stop must be provided before confirmation so dispatch can review the route and price.
Is a ride confirmed when I send the request?+
No. The ride is confirmed only after Safe Ride reviews and accepts the complete request.
