A call, message, form entry, quote, or other request does not by itself create a confirmed ride. Transportation is confirmed only when Safe Ride accepts the request and communicates confirmation.

Accurate trip information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses, dates, times, passenger counts, stops, luggage, mobility considerations, child-seat requests, and other details that may affect the trip.
Availability and changes
Service is subject to driver, vehicle, route, weather, traffic, safety, and operational availability. Changes, cancellations, waiting, added stops, tolls, and other circumstances may affect timing or price.
No emergency service
Safe Ride is not an emergency transportation provider. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service when immediate medical, police, or fire assistance is required.
