About Safe Ride
These terms apply to use of the Safe Ride Mamish Batuach website, ride requests, and the Safe Ride MB SMS notification program. Safe Ride Mamish Batuach is also known as Safe Ride and Safe Ride MB. Updated September 30, 2026.
Ride requests and confirmation
A call, message, form submission, or quote does not by itself confirm a ride. Transportation is confirmed only when Safe Ride accepts the request and communicates confirmation. Driver and vehicle availability, traffic, weather, and safety conditions may affect service and arrival estimates.
Accurate trip information
Provide accurate contact details, addresses, dates, times, passenger counts, stops, luggage, and other trip requirements. Parents, guardians, and authorized contacts should provide any relevant passenger arrangements. Notify Safe Ride promptly if details change.
Pricing, payments, and changes
The fare and any applicable payment arrangement are communicated for your ride. Added stops, waiting, route changes, or other changes may affect the price. Cancellation and no-show charges may apply under the policy communicated for the booking. Contact Safe Ride for clarification before confirming or changing your ride.
Safe Ride MB SMS notification program
This program sends service-related messages about booked passenger transportation, including ride confirmations, driver arrival alerts, ETA updates, ride status notifications, and private live-camera access links for authorized passengers, parents, guardians, or designated contacts. Consent to this program does not include promotional or third-party marketing messages.
How to enroll
For phone-based enrollment, a Safe Ride representative or automated assistant explains the SMS program and asks for your affirmative verbal consent. Giving us your phone number, calling us, or booking a ride alone does not constitute SMS enrollment. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing transportation. Enrollment applies to the phone number whose user has agreed to receive messages; a booking contact cannot automatically enroll another person.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your rides, trip activity, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. Ask your carrier about your plan and charges.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages from the SMS program. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call 844-BATUACH (844-228-8224), or email saferidemb@gmail.com. You can continue arranging rides by calling Safe Ride if you choose not to receive texts.
Message delivery and private links
SMS delivery and arrival estimates are not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Private camera links are for authorized recipients for the relevant ride; keep them confidential and do not forward or misuse them. Contact Safe Ride if a message or link appears incorrect.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer information and SMS consent. Mobile information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Read the policy at https://saferidebatuach.com/privacy-policy.
Safety and support
